OPEN BOX ITEMS

An Open Box item is when a customer decides they don’t want an item, after they have opened the box and it is returned to COLAMCO. COLAMCO receives the item back from the customer and ensures that it is in working order and no damage has been done to the product. However, the product may still be missing manuals, documentation and original packaging.
